    I guess it depends on your site, like he said at the start, you can test out lots of different ways of keeping your audience up to date and stick with the ones that your audience prefers.

  8. I’m only about halfway thru, but it’s so chock full of good info! I thought the fact that he added “gear” to the top nav bar before actually pursuing selling gear–just to track clicks and interest–was brilliant! I wish I could do something like that in my Etsy shop. Like add a dummy “gift wrap” tab to see if anyone’s interested in that service.
