Hi. Congratulations on your wonderful article. Thanks. Well that makes sense. Working as an on-line entrepreneur, I work with Outlook as my email client and with the help of Email Sorter Wizard, an Outlook add-on, I sort all my email. You made a good point.

This is a really helpful post — I’m still trying to develop a good system for my email — I have a way of doing things now, but it’s not nearly as organized as I’d like it to be!

I’ve recently began organizing my email similar to this and it helps me feel less cluttered. Having a clear list of tips from you though is going to help me to manage my folder much more efficiently though (especially the “delete” section) Great post, thanks!
