I find that if I let the comment sit there for a couple days, it no longer bothers me - or - if I do respond, it's something tactful and not inflammatory like it might have been if I'd responded immediately. It's always been easy to acknowledge that you can't make everyone happy, but to see it in writing caught me off guard. I had this long rebuttal mentally written (because they were so wrong!), but Husband had to convince me not to get into back and forth arguments with angry people on line. Now, I still get angry, but I let it go! After maybe an hour or two... ;-) Husband had to talk me down the first time I read a bad review on line!
